I wanted to use the Haken Oil Effect, but On some characters, it doesnt work, and in some(Like Rose) It goes on and off according to her moves...
what Im doing WRONG?

That looks correct, but Hakan's oil is strange. It doesn't always work like it's supposed to.

I'm not sure why it's making them white, though. That sounds like a problem with the textures.
